PAY ONBOARD Europe USA offers a convenient pay onboard option on many ships. Please check with a Europe USA Travel coordinator or your Crew Purser onboard to see if your ship offers this service.

WESTERN UNION QUICK COLLECT Europe USA Travel accepts payment through Western Union Quick Collect. (BLUE FORM)

Western Union Quick Collect is available from the US, Canada, and US Virgin Islands. If Quick Collect is not available from your location, please check with us prior to sending payment.

CREDIT CARD We accept Visa, Mastercard, or Discover Card. Please scan or copy the front and back of your card and handwrite both the card number and expiration date along with the current billing address for the account. Sign your name and state the amount you are authorizing us to charge. Fax this information to us at 305-715-9632

For security reasons, the name of the person traveling must match the name on the card

TICKETS

When possible, tickets will be issued electronically. If electronic ticket is not possible when sending payment please make sure to indicate where you would like the tickets sent to. Please ensure that you allow for enough time for payment to be received and delivery of the tickets. If you require that they be mailed to you, we strongly suggest that you finalize your plans outside of two weeks prior to departure. Europe USA cannot guarantee ticket delivery by mail inside two weeks of flight date.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Europe USA Travel acts only as an agent for the airlines. We assume no liability for any acts or omissions of any airline including, without limitations, those involving cancellation of flights, schedule changes, re-routings, damage to or delay or loss of baggage, flight delays, equipment failure, accidents, pilot or other irregularities including overbooking of flights, computer errors, strikes, warlike acts, labor unrest, or acts of god. Europe USA cannot be liable for the inability of a carrier to transport the passenger on time to embark a vessel or if the passenger is delayed.

All airline tickets issued are refundable only to Europe USA. Once tickets are received by the purchaser, if lost or destroyed are subject to re-issue or lost ticket charges at the discretion of the airline. Cancellations or changes are at the passenger's expense. In case of cancellation, purchaser will be refunded any and all funds due from the airline less any cancellation fees assessed by the carrier provided all unused flight coupons are returned to Europe USA Travel.
